GENERAL TERMS (APPLICABLE TO ALL SERVICES)

• By requesting a quote or confirming a booking, the client agrees to Magiclean’s Terms & Conditions.

• All quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

• Payments can be made via EFT, cash, or card.

• Access to the property, as well as electricity and water, must be available at the time of service.

• Magiclean is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access, utilities, or unsafe working conditions.

• All work is carried out with care; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damage.
   

UPHOLSTERY CLEANING TERMS

• Results may vary depending on fabric type, age, and condition of the furniture.

• We do not guarantee the complete removal of all stains, especially older or set-in stains.

• Certain stains (e.g. ink, wine, paint, pet stains) may be permanent or may reappear after drying.

• Hidden or pre-existing damage (including weak fabric, stitching, or internal structures) remains the client’s responsibility.

• Colour changes or fabric reactions may occur due to unknown dyes or prior treatments.

• Upholstery may require several hours to dry, depending on ventilation and weather conditions.

• The client must inform Magiclean of any delicate or special fabrics prior to cleaning.
   

MATTRESS CLEANING TERMS

• Stain removal is not guaranteed, especially in cases of urine, blood, or long-standing stains.

• Odours may persist or reappear depending on severity and depth of contamination.

• Mattresses must be placed in a suitable, ventilated area for drying.

• Drying time may take up to 24–48 hours depending on conditions.

• Magiclean is not responsible for pre-existing structural or hygiene-related issues.
   

CARPET CLEANING TERMS

• Carpet cleaning results depend on fibre type, age, and level of soiling.

• We do not guarantee full stain or odour removal.

• Certain stains (e.g. pet urine, paint, wax) may not be completely removable.

• Odours caused by deep-set bacteria may temporarily intensify while drying.

• Carpets must be left in a well-ventilated area to dry properly.

• Final results will only be visible once carpets are fully dry.
   

EMPTY HOUSE / DEEP CLEANING TERMS

• Cleaning is based on the condition of the property at the time of service.

• Excessively dirty properties, mould, or specialised cleaning requirements may incur additional charges.

• Electricity and water must be available unless agreed otherwise.

• All areas to be cleaned must be accessible at the scheduled time.

• Magiclean is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including paint, fittings, or structural defects.

• A final walkthrough is recommended upon completion to ensure satisfaction.

• Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
   

RE-CLEAN POLICY

• If you are not satisfied with any service, Magiclean must be notified within 24 hours.

• We will return once to address the concern at no additional cost.

• Any further returns may be subject to a call-out fee.

• Re-cleans do not apply where results are limited due to factors beyond our control (e.g. permanent stains, damage, or material condition).
   

IMPORTANT NOTES

• We do not guarantee 100% stain, odour, or damage removal.

• Results depend on multiple factors including age, condition, and type of material.

• Clients are responsible for informing us of any special conditions prior to cleaning.

• A suitable working area must be provided.
